CDS Manufacturing designed and built this system to assemble and pressure test nozzles.

The operator loads parts into their respective hoppers. The hoppers provide parts to the feeder systems. The number of parts in the feeder systems are automatically maintained.

The nozzle housing is presented at the first assembly station where a piston and o ring are installed. A spring and a filter are installed at the next two stations. Finally, the assembly is pressure tested. Good and reject parts are gated accordingly.
