CDS Manufacturing designed and built this machine to automatically feed "S" Hooks.

Ever tried to pick up one "S" Hook out of a pile? Get one, and you've got the whole bunch. Not anymore. This system automatically singulates, orients, and releases one "S" Hook at a time on to a conveyor line.

The operator loads parts into the bulk hopper. The bulk hopper supplies parts to the linear vibratory feeder system. The number of parts in the feeder is automatically maintained. Singulated parts in the proper orientation are fed to a hold & release mechanism that releases one part at a time onto a conveyor.
