CDS Manufacturing designed and built this linear vibratory feeder system to automatically feed eye glass stems. The system has a left side and a right side to provide two stems at a time to a pick & place unit.

The operator loads parts into the bulk hoppers. The bulk hoppers supply parts to the feeder system. The number of parts in the feeder system is automatically maintained. Parts in the proper orientation are fed to the pick and place unit at the end of the orientation tracks.
