CDS Manufacturing designed and built this radiator cap assembly and inspection machine.

The operator loads the radiator cap and components and presses a pair of palm buttons. The system cycles, automatically installing a petcock to a torque limit, confirming the presence of an o-ring, probing an orifice to confirm clearance, and installing clamp nuts for mounting.

The entire system is mounted on a heavy duty machine base and is provided complete with safety guarding, and process controls.
