CDS Manufacturing designed and built this O ring installation machine. This machine automatically installs an O ring onto a valve.

The operator loads components into their respective hoppers. The hoppers supply parts to the feeder systems. The number of parts in each of the feeder systems is automatically maintained. Each of the components are fed to the assembly station. An O ring is loaded onto a mandrel, expanded, and installed onto the valve.
